We are attempting to install Trend Server Protect antivirus software on the Windows 2003 AWS. We get to about 76% completion and receive an "Access Denied" error and the install aborts. No log file from Trend or Event on Windows exists. The event occurs even running under the administrator logon.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
