We have issued the following grant:

     Grant Select on DATABASEA to all DBC;

Because of the ALL clause, this Select on DATABASEA is cascaded to every new user created in the system.

I want DBC to keep its Select privileges, but not the ALLNESS option. Can I revoke the ALLNESS option from DBC, so that this Select no longer cascades to new users created under DBC, but allowing DBC to keep its Select privileges and also allowing all users who currently have the cascaded Select to keep it?
