The Teradata 2.x drivers implemented the ODBC 2.x interface.
The Teradata 3.x drivers implement the ODBC 3.x interface.
My guess is that CR 9 is unable to use the 3.x interface - although that seems odd as the Microsoft driver manager should take care of most of
the differences.
You mention going (future) to CR XI - what about CR 10 in the mean time. Maybe that supports 3.x.
