I am working with a customer who is migrating from V2R3 to V2R5 and is a Crystal Reports 9.0 user.
Using the ODBC 220.127.116.11 Teradata driver we are getting an error "Not supported. Details: Cannot obtain error message from server". This only happens when we attempt to access a Table object, view objects work just fine.
We have tested the CR and Tdata drivers across various combinations below. The error message leads me to believe that the Tdata ODBC driver doesn't work with CR 9.0.
The customer plans to keep using ODBC 2.8 with CR 9.0 on the V2R5 system as the CR XI version is not available to them at this time.
Any suggestions appreciated.
