Will there be any performance degradation if we have PI columns NOT at the beginning of the table definition?.

Example :

1 ) Create table t1 ( i date, j int, k int , L date) Primary index ( k)

2) Create table t1 ( k int, i date, j int , L date) Primary index ( k)

Which is more efficient above? Does it matter?
