Hi all,

Got two sets of questions.

Q1:
How many days worth of data is there in DBC.SW_Event_Log table. Looks like it is seven days old.

Is this installation specific? If I want to get similar data older than a week, is there a source that I can look at?

If there is a deadlock situation, is there a row inserted into this table?

Q2:
When one of the Mload is running, in the clean-up stage of dropping the second error table, I got a dead lock with a message of 2631. As it is a re-startable error in terms of Mload, the Mload restarted and got completed successfully.

I am sure that there are no other users trying to access the database holding the error tables.

At the same time, many of our users who are running only 'selects' on different tables in different databases, also got the 2631 deadlock error. I am under the impression that it is not a true "Deadlock", where two users trying to get a hold on 'one' object and not releasing it.Did any one of you out there have seen a situation like this?

Any info on this is greatly appreciated!!!
