Subj:		Inputs/Best Practices for migration from V2R2/R3 to V2R4 and higher versions

I want to find out/get info on what are the major issues in migrating from a V2R2 database to a higher version like V2R4.1 and also some best practices for the migration.

While accomodating for changes in older version for Reserved and Future Keywords is one such issue, can you throw some light on other issues and practical difficulties faced.
