Since V2R4.0.2 final E-Fix date was 20 Feb 2002, you definitely won't get a fix for that release.

With newer releases, you could ask. Whether NCR considers this a candidate for back-port or not would depend on risk (e.g. how extensive are the coding changes?) versus benefit.
