You have some syntax issues. There should be a space between DD and HH, no dash. There should be semi colons between HH and MI and SS. See below.

     create table test
        ( mytp     TIMESTAMP(6)    NOT NULL FORMAT 'YYYY-MM-DD HH:MI:SS.S(6)'
                                   DEFAULT TIMESTAMP '9999-12-31 01:01:01.000001'
        );
