Hi,

I can successfully log onto Teradata via Teradata Studio with connection mechanism as LDAP.

However, when I try connecting to Teradata via Bteq (unix) or DataStage with the same credentials, I get the following error message -

     Failure 8017 The UserId, Password or Account is invalid

Can anyone please help me to resolve this issue? Is this related to the connection mechanism set for my profile?

Please advise.
