Thanks everyone for your suggestions, appreciate a lot.

Our PDCR issue started with PDCR db running out of space, after allocation more perm space the next day we got T2646 errors. So I started with giving more spool space to PDCRadmin user which runs the nightly job. I started with 5 TB spool space and kept increasing and then yesterday I was at 20 TB which resolved the issue.
