Hi Mushtak Mirajkar,

Generally, the error "10054:WSA E ConnReset: Connection reset by peer " mean the session which had been established appears to have been disconnected at which reason might be network disconnect, or if the session would have aborted.

Have you tested connectivity, run sample program called "adhoc" located in the tdodbc install.

Also do you have any alerts configured in viewpoint which detect idle sessions and terminates them after a specified period of time?

The time error raised,, does the target Teradata DB system is down/restarted?

Does it succeed after retry to connect?
