The 'Display Quick Info Tips' option is in SQL Assistant 15.0

The old code editor we were using prior to 15.0 was no longer supported so I switched to a new editor that we also use in our Visual Studio extension.

The new editor provides a number of additional features such as outlining, and marking syntax error locations with a red wavy line that you won't lose by simply changing position. (as you did with the previous versions where I simply highlighted the location)
