Hi,
The behavior of a multistream job is controlled by a TARA server. Keep in mind that arcmain is still single stream, so each arcmain job still
handles only a single stream of data, but by starting multiple arcmain jobs in an organized way (which is what TARA does), they are working
together to accomplish the task.
