I doubt you have 24 CPU's in each node. It's more than likely 2 CPU's per node. You would then need to count the Cores per CPU and multiply that by two if you have hyper threading in place. The math is

= Number of Nodes * Number of CPU's per Node* Total Cores per CPU (factor in HT)* 3600 * 0.85
