Dear Forum,

Is it possible to limit the max CPU for certain accounts in IWM? I know we can partition the CPU in TASM and distribute the workload into various CPU groups, but not in IWM.

We have dev, qual and prod environments run on same box with only IWM.

Though the Dev and Qual sessions are assigned to Low priority Timeshare group, they can still occupy all the CPU when nothing is running on the system.

I don't want to see these sessions taking all the CPU and showing system is completely busy. I want to limit them to certain max percentage(like 50%) even system is free.

The problem will be with heavy, not tuned queries from Dev and Qual environment that will run long and take all the CPU. ???
