Regarding setting up alerts for AWT exhaustion. In Viewpoint, under Alerts for Vproc, there is an alert you can create using Available AWT as a
threshold. There is also another threshold for Message Count, which can be used as well. Both of these have a time threshold as well, to avoid
sending alerts if the condition only lasts a few seconds.
