Hi,

I have a scenario where multiple inserts happens in the same table as a part of separate process. If any INSERT is running, second one will wait in queue due to table lock and gets executed as first one completed. I have no issue in waiting, but my question is - Does this queuing of request due to table lock has got any performance impact on the system. What is the best practice to handle such cases.
