I would suggest you see if you can get access to a couple of the Teradata Orange Books - 'Automated Statistics Management' and possibly the
'Teradata Database 14.10 Statistics Enhancements'. From what we have seen it is not a simple process of just clicking a few buttons in the
Viewpoint portlet, so we advise a bit of research first.
If anyone else disagrees, I would be very interested in your responses.
