Good afternoon,

I notice that session numbers granted by TASM for archive jobs in Development system are only 4 even though the Max Sessions are set to 23 for Arc-Default session which appears at the top in Session Control box in ViewPoint while as archive jobs in Production system get 36 sessions by TASM according to the Max Sessions of 36 in ViewPoint. The development system has 23 AMPs.

My question is why TASM doesn't grant the number of session for the archive jobs in DEV according to the Max sessions I set in ViewPoint?

What utility session name in Session Control in ViewPoint determines the number of sessions in archive jobs?
