Good day!

How to configure/receive viewpoint alerts on our mobile as SMS? Learnt that, this is already in place in some sites.

Could someone explain/guide in detail on how to configure this.

Case2:

As we recevie alerts in our outlook (email box), can we set a rule/configure that, a particular/critical alerts to be sent to our mobile as an SMS through outlook?

I see some option in Outlook options > Mobile > Service provider info, username, pwd etc.
