I'm a little confused..

- previously you wrote "I defined all parameters and variables as Unicode", but you didn't

- post title suggests using arabic data in literals, but I don't see them

But never mind - as I understand the code finishes correctly if sent from ASCII session, but from UTF8 session causes error: "expected something between the word 'BBR' and a string or a Unicode character literal"

Is it true?

Did you try to recompile all procedures after switching session to UTF8? I'm not sure if it can actually help, but I remember case when recompiling SPLs from UTF8 session removed unusual behavior.
