I have a user who can collect stats on all the tables in a database.

But when I check the access of the role which is assigned to user , It does not have collect stats access on that database. Also I have checked that there is no entry in dbc.allrights with access right = 'ST' for that database not even at table level.

Note : Creator of the tables are different from the user which is collecting stats , so it's not its own object.

The user has create table and drop table access at database level but no stats access , still it can collect stats how ?

Am I missing anything here to check.
