Hi Koushik, The 'architecture' of TD14 is the same as 13, it's the same product. There are new features, of which Columnar is one. The internal details of a columnar table are very different from a standard PI table. I recommend that you start with the TD14 manuals, they're freely available from the TD website ( www.info.teradata.com ) For new features look in the "release summary" manual.
