Hi,

Skewed queries are usually caused by lack of statistics on a column which has an uneven distribution of data values.

Explain the query that got aborted. Look for spool files that are "redistributed by hash code" and look to see what column(s) the spool file is distributed on. Does that column(s) contain uneven data values? If so then you probably need to collect stats on the column(s).
