Hi, The only other way that I've been able to do this is to change the IDENTITY attribute in the target table. If the target table has "generated by default" then you can copy the data values across and they won't be changed by the dbms. Yes, this means that your etl code may have to change to ensure that it doesn't supply a value and that may be too much work to do.
