Hi,

depending on the number of records the "ETL-Team" has to load ODBC may not be the best choice ....

You should consider other options ... access Logging switched on is adding more overhead as you mentioned.

You may consider to switch off the logging for these kind of operations, but the "ETL-Team" still far away from getting a good performance.
