Redistribution of a share of the data to the new AMPs happens automatically, as part of the "reconfig" process to add the new node.

A new hash map is created, such that the appropriate number of hash buckets are taken from each old AMP and distributed across the new AMPs. Only rows in these reassigned hash buckets have to be redistributed.
