Experts,

I got the alert finally. However I got the alert after 1.5 hours late. I changed the Custom sampling rate under the data collectors as 300sec. So now I am getting alerts every 5 minutes. I still have another question. What?s the difference between Custome sampling rate under the Data collectors and ?Do not run twice in X minutes under the alert rule.

Custom sampling rate according to me is to run the check every 300 sec ( 5 minutes). So why do we have ?Do not run twice in X minutes???
