Hi James, PMON won't do what you want as it captures what is currently running, but no data about response times. Your best (probably only practical) approach is to use Query Logging (DBQL). You need to capture detail for every request (i.e. all users). You don't say if you are 13.0 or 13.10. On 13.0 you'll get the "dbms response" time, i.e. how long did it take the dbms to complete the processing for the query.
