Hi Vinod,

If you are on TD 13.10 or lower and there are no stats on those columns then you have to collect stats on the individual columns. If you have stats already collected then you can refresh stats using a single statement (COLLECT STATISTICS ON table-name).

If you are on TD14 then you can initially collect stats on multiple columns with a single statement. Look at the TD14 DDL manual for syntax.
