We have SCD1 dimension which we load from source file every day.

Could you please help me understand which factors to consider for selecting between delete/load or mload with do insert for missing update rows?

We are receiving around one million rows every day. We have 10% update records and less than 1% inserts. Which one is better in such scenario?

Would like to understand how mload do insert for missing update rows works internally.
