TD 13 on Windows

There is a backup job that keeps failing with a message, "Failure ARC0805: Access Module returned error code 34; Error BAM1300: 84:Server Status: media write error.

This backup is made to a tape/tapes and our system administration team takes care of tape. But I wonder why this backup keeps failing what can prevent this from happening again.
