Subj:		Select statement not throwing error

Hi ,

The below statement is not throwing error although the comma is missing in the where clause. The select statement return the values for the first 3 empid and doesn't throw error. Can someone let me know as why this is happening.

     SELECT * FROM EMP
     WHERE
     EMPID IN('1234',
              '2222',
              '3333',
              '4444'
              '5555'
              '6666'
              '7777')
