Hi,

I am trying to connect to Teradata from Visual Basic,

When i tried to connect teradata using my Functional/load id its working fine, I used the below syntax

     cn.Open "Data Source=UAT;Database=; Persist Security Info=True; User ID=ICDW_ID;
     Password=pwd; Session Mode=ANSI;"

But I need to connect to Teradata from my userid and the mechanism is LDAP. The syntax is not working. I used the below syntax

     cn.Open "Data Source=prod;Database=; Persist Security Info=True; User ID=f508954;
     Password=pwd; Session Mode=ANSI; Authentication Mechanism=LDAP"

Can someone give me the correct syntax to connect to TD using the LDAP Mechanism?
