Use Ctrl+PageUp/PageDown to toggle through multiple tabs in an Answerset or Query window. (This feature is available in 13.11 onwards, not 13.0 or 13.10)

I'm not aware of any changes in the clicks required to format the Answerset.

To format a single cell just double click it.

To format a row double click the row header

To format a column double click the column header

To format any block use the context menu In all cases it will display the format dialog. That dialog now has more options but it does not require more clicks to do the same formatting as older versions of SQL Assistant.

Queries are now read-only while the query is executing but you can now have multiple Query tabs and/or multiple Query windows. Since queries are now executed in worker threads this allows you to continue working on your query

- in a different tab - without experiencing the sometimes delayed UI response that you would get in older versions.

(It also allows for some new features such as highlighting the position of syntax errors that we added in later versions. [13.0 is 4 years old now. The latest version is 14.01.])
