It depends which applications you plan to use.

The ODBC based apps [like SQL Assistant or Teradata Administrator] will generally allow you to do this since they will work with whatever version of ODBC they can find.

CLI based apps on the other hand may require a specific version of CLI and therefore of TeraGSS and ICU. These files are located based on the PATH and only 1 version can be in the path at a time. (well multiple versions can be in the path but only the first one will ever be used)

As long as the path points to a consistent 'stack' (ICU, TeraGSS, PIOM, CLIv2 all from same release) the applications MAY work.

My question would be WHY do you want to run 2 different versions on the same system in the first place?

All TTU 14.0 applications are backward compatible with DBS 13.10 (and 13.0) so there is no need to use the TTU 13.10 client apps.
