Hi,

Chartype shows the character set type of the column, typically Latin or Unicode.

IDColType is only populated for IDENTITY columns and shows (I think) the data value generation options that were specified when the the table was defined.

I don't know about the RangeHigh or RangeLow. It is possible that they currently have no use.
