That pesky little red triangle can drive you crazy. You will need access to the Viewpoint logs or work with someone who does. Did you hover over the red triangle to see if error details show up? Did you look in the DBQL logs to see if its a permission problem? Did you look in the logonoff table tro see if its a password issue? Have you opened a ticket with the GSC? It is almost impossible to diagnose without the details found in those logs.
