Yes, you can collect stats on VOLATILE tables in TD13.0 and above.

There is no special syntax or keyword required; it's the same as for permanent tables. As with any other reference to a volatile table, if you specify a DatabaseName qualifier, then it must be the same as the UserName.

In contrast, for Global Temporary tables you need the keyword TEMPORARY in to indicate that you mean the materialized instance for your session versus the base GTT definition.
