TJ is just that... Transient. It fills up when there are activities that could be rolled back because that's what is used for the rollback.
Once those activities are complete, TJ is cleaned up.
To my knowledge, this is a table that you cannot touch during process (or at least, you don't want to touch) and the DBMS manages the content
of the table.
