Subj:   Re: What is Logon Source

From:   Dave Wellman

Hi,

The column Logonsource is in a number of views/tables, the most commonly used ones being Dbqlogtbl (view = qrylog), SessionTbl (view = SessionInfo) and Eventlog (view = Logonoff). It contains a number of items of information which describe the client environment for the session. Information includes: client system userid, network ip address, mainframe job name, executable name. Look in the Data Dictionary manual for complete set of fields.

Cheers,

Dave
