Thanks Debojit for the reply.
We may not always have the scenario of the file name having a "." in its name. The file name may be like
"/scm/edw/appl/download/daily/current/DWI_CPC_IRA_RATNG_DAILY" Hence, have to take the string after the last "/" in any of the case. The problem
is in getting the last "/" in the string.
If you can help with this, it will be great.
