Hi,

In TD 13.10 DPE doesn't work correctly with EXTRACT function. Instead of taking only demanded partitions the optimizer scans all rows.

DPE with the other functions like add_months, interval, substr etc works correctly .

I will really appreciate it? if you let me know what poses the problem.

Problematic condition

     WHERE (EXTRACT ( DAY FROM ( data_start))) >= x
       AND data_start BETWEEN DATE'2012-02-05' AND DATE'2012-02-29'
