Typically (but not always), NULLs will always hash to AMP number 0.

Zero ??? I have never seen server, on which hashamp(hashbucket(hashrow(null))) <> #AMPs-1

On the other hand hashrow(null) = 0, but hashamp(0) = hashamp() = #AMPs-1
