     SELECT DATABASENAME, SUM(MAXPERM)/1024/1024/1024,
     SUM(CURRENTPERM)/1024/1024/1024  FROM DBC.DISKSPACE GROUP BY 1;

This should give you all DBs and their associated Perm and Used up space in GB.
