I am sorry for mistake in previous mail.

I need to replace '/' with '-' and I want to 'exclude' milliseconds from the timestamp.

     Required format: YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS
     Current format: YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS.MS
