Check the logonstatus (in logonrules), if the status is 'G' then you can reset the password for them in Adiministrator and ask them to modify the temporary password to something cryptic.

In other case, if you are implementing LDAP, and logonstatus is 'G', then you no need to reset the password because LDAP make use of the desktop credentials.
