2 little questions regarding Stats

* Under what conditions is it worthwhile dropping stats in Teradata - some candidates to me are e.g., after migration or reconfiguration or adding node etc.

* If the demographics of a column that is not part of hashing change e.g. suddenly N ulls get replaced by default values in a column that is not hashed for distribution , then my understanding is - there is no need to collect the stats on the pi or Ix cols. Only take stats on that col. that changed. Just need a 'nod' or 'not' on that
