1. I generated collect stats statements on index columns of DBC tables. But running collect stats on those DBC tables failed. I wonder if this is normal. In DB2 V8 I can't run SELECT on some of sysibm tables. Is this a similar situation?

2. I was told to run collect stats on columns used in WHERE clause also. I'd like to generate and run collect stats on columns used in WHERE clause of all tables on database level. If you have the statement it's going to be helpful for me to test and run.
